1. To a medium hot sauté pan, add a little bit of vegetable oil.
2. When hot add your sausages and rol them in the pan for 2-3 minutes. (Don’t pick them up)
3. When the sausages are browned and look like little dancing octopuses, remove them.
4. Add rice to a bowl together with your soft boiled egg and the octopus sausages.
5. Finish off with your toppings of choice like; green onions, sesame seeds and soy sauce and enjoy!
