Quick and easy breakfast with rice paper and egg. This is perfect for the lazy people, the ones on a diet, when your on a budget or just wanna try something different for breakfast. 🍳
Sriracha, Mayonaise or chili oilAdd any sauce you feel like in the morning.
Instructions
In a saute pan add a bit of vegetable oil on low heat
Add one piece of ricepaper to the saute pan and quickly after crack one whole egg on top of it. note: If you wait too long your rice paper will turn into a cracker
Scramble the egge until you get a marble like texture.
Add the spring onions and sauces on top of the egg and fold the whole things in half. Bake for a few seconds
And you are done! I usualy make 2 with each a different sauces/topping
Notes
You can add as many things as you like to this ricepaper omelette. Its also a good recipe to finish your leftovers in the fridge. Think about adding Mushrooms, Tomato, bacon, avocado of whatever else you got that you like putting in an omelette.
