Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 10 Gloves Garlic
  • 4 Dried Chilies
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp 5 Spice Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp White Pepper

Instructions

  • Chop the garlic finely and fry them slowly in a pan of sunflower oil until golden brown. PAY ATTENTION! do this slowly and take them out immediately when they are golden brown. And put it aside. The garlic is now crispy and you can snack on it.
  • Mix the 5 spice powder, sugar, white pepper, salt in a small bowl. And put this aside.
  • Turn on the air fryer at 200c. Make all florets of the cauliflower and put them in a large bowl / bowl together with a good dash of sunflower oil, make sure that they all have a good layer, this ensures that they do not dry out in the airfryer and become nice and crispy.
When the airfryer has finished preheating, put the cauliflower in the airfryer and let it bake for 10-12 minutes. The cauliflower has a fried layer. Check extra after 8 minutes how far they are.
  • After the cauliflower is ready, grab a wok or pan. Put a little bit of sunflower oil in it. Add your dried chilies and fry them until they change color (dark red, not black). Then throw in the cauliflower from the airfryer together with the spice mix from step 2. Fry this together for about 1 minute. Turn off the fire. And add half of the crispy garlic from step 1. Mix well and serve.
  • You can add spring shower as a garnish. And top it off with the rest of the crispy garlic.
